Hansen is new majority leader, Senate back in session
Senate Dems came out of their caucus with a new majority leader following a shocking vote that saw Russ Decker vote against public employee contracts.
Sen. Dave Hansen, D-Green Bay and the assistant majority leader to this point, was installed as the majority leader.
Voting on the contracts has resumed, with the same outcome as before -- a 16-16 tie.
